Its obvious that I just love working with glass, any and all glass. The glass for this round piece was the bottom of a wine bottle I had cut. For fun I placed this glass in the kiln and fused it at a high temp. The result is quite interesting with a center area of thin glass that's like an interesting lens. There's also a thin bubble towards the bottom. The color is golden amber.
