This GORGEOUS new batik quilt measures appx 74" X 84" BIG ENOUGH FOR A BIG TWIN, OR TO COVER QUEEN MATTRESS PLUS ABOUT 6 INCHES DROP. . Stunning NEW BATIK IN SOFT BLUES, GREENS, TANS, OFF-WHITE IN TRIANGLE BLOCKS. The back is a solid muted green fabric. Professionally quilted in a leaf pattern. There is an inner border in a periwinkle blue batik, and the outer wider border Is a beautiful blue and green batik ferns fabric. All batik fabrics are excellent quilt store quality and 100% cotton. The binding is done in a mottled blue batik, has mitered corners, is doubled and machine sewn for durability. The batting is Warm and Natural cotton/poly mixture.. What a wonderful OOAK quilt for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, or bridal shower gift. It will become a keepsake to pass down for you or the recipient for many years. it is pictured on a queen sized bed to give you an idea of its size. This quilt is a traditional quilt pattern that took many hours of cutting, piecing, and sewing, so we were hesitant to part with it, but we each have so many favorites we've kept, so......
We've been making quilts for over 25 years and absolutely love it, and we're NOT just talking about the buying the fabric part either. We've made over 300 quilts of all sizes. We love picking the patterns and then matching the fabrics and colors to them, and can never wait to see how it is going to come out. Our quilts are just as beautiful and well made as quilts that sell for much more, and even more beautiful in person. We've kept our prices very reasonable, generally only enough to cover costs so that more people will know the joy of owning their own beautiful, keepsake quilt to hand down.
So easy to take care of, just wash and dry as you would for any quality fabrics, cold or warm wash, line dry or machine dry on low for that soft puffy look. Don't use bleach, or hot water, but you can use Spray and Wash.
